Un franchiseur a-t-il int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un site Internet pour son r\u00e9seau ? Quel type de site cr\u00e9er alors ? Qu’en retireront les franchis\u00e9s ?<\/p>\n

Avant de se lancer dans l’aventure du Web et mettre en ligne des pages, il faut se poser les bonnes questions et surtout une : pourquoi ? Trop de structures se sont pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s sur Internet avec comme seul objectif leur pr\u00e9sence sur la toile.<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, un constat s’impose : il vaut mieux ne pas communiquer (sur le Web) que mal communiquer. <\/strong><\/em>Fini les sites aux objectifs mal d\u00e9finis qui vantent les m\u00e9rites d’une marque, proposent de la vente en ligne tout en recrutant de nouveaux partenaires.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Trois types de sites doivent \u00eatre distingu\u00e9s :<\/p>\n

– le site vitrine <\/em><\/strong>compos\u00e9 de quelques pages tr\u00e8s travaill\u00e9es esth\u00e9tiquement et qui sont avant tout une publicit\u00e9 pour une marque ou une enseigne,
– le site marchand <\/em><\/strong>qui va plus loin et propose \u00e0 l’internaute d’acheter des produits en ligne,
– le site partenaire<\/em><\/strong>, sorte d’Intranet destin\u00e9 aux membres d’un r\u00e9seau de boutiques et parfois permettant le recrutement de nouveaux partenaires.<\/p>\n

Quel que soit le site choisi par un franchiseur, le candidat \u00e0 la franchise se doit de surfer sur ces pages avant de se lancer. Un surf accompagn\u00e9 de questions pertinentes : Pourquoi a-t-il choisi ce type de site ? Qui paye (le franchis\u00e9 par une redevance publicitaire ?) ? Un site marchand n’est-il pas un concurrent de la boutique franchis\u00e9e ? Un franchis\u00e9 peut-il cr\u00e9er son propre site ?<\/p>\n
