Depuis Mars 2000, nous avons notre magasin. JI<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons d\u00e9couvert la franchise Orchestra<\/a> <\/strong>au salon de l’enfant, nous avons aim\u00e9 la gamme de produits et le rapport qualit\u00e9\/prix <\/strong>et nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 ainsi de commercialiser les produits de la marque. Lorsque\u00a0Orchestra<\/strong> s’est lanc\u00e9e dans la chaussure, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ress\u00e9s et nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reprendre le local juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de notre magasin et ainsi l’agrandir. C’est en m\u00eame temps que le franchiseur nous a sollicit\u00e9 pour devenir franchis\u00e9. Pour nous l’avantage de passer en franchise est que le contrat pr\u00e9voit la reprise de stock, ce qui est tr\u00e8s important\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

JI<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Le plus difficile a \u00e9t\u00e9 de respecter les d\u00e9lais pour r\u00e9-ouvrir le magasin : la d\u00e9cision de faire les travaux s’est prise en juin\/juillet et il a fallu r\u00e9agir tr\u00e8s vite, alors qu’on \u00e9tait en p\u00e9riode de cong\u00e9s d’\u00e9t\u00e9. Le franchiseur est alors intervenu pour chiffrer le montant des travaux, pour coordonner les diff\u00e9rents corps de m\u00e9tier, pour faire l’agencement du magasin Par ailleurs, le r\u00e9seau nous a beaucoup aid\u00e9s pour notre dossier de financement et aussi pour satisfaire le paiement des artisans qui ont fait les travaux.<\/strong> Le franchiseur a fait le relais pendant 2\/3 mois, cela nous a beaucoup aid\u00e9 et cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la confiance qui s’est install\u00e9e entre nous\u00a0\u00bb. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

JI<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Notre activit\u00e9 se porte tr\u00e8s bien, nous connaissons une tr\u00e8s forte \u00e9volution surtout depuis que nous sommes franchis\u00e9s et que nous avons agrandi notre local<\/strong>. Sur l’ann\u00e9e 2006, nous avons connu une progression de 20% par rapport \u00e0 l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 notre activit\u00e9 \u00e0 2 et aujourd’hui nous sommes 3 personnes \u00e0 temps plein et une personne \u00e0 mi-temps, ce qui nous permet de nous absenter un peu plus du magasin. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Par ailleurs, le r\u00e9seau Orchestra est en pleine \u00e9volution<\/strong> et nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions des am\u00e9liorations et des nouveaut\u00e9s apport\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau, comme par exemple les logiciels informatiques pour le suivi des ventes et l’\u00e9tablissement de statistiques ou alors la mise en place du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9assort par taille et couleur, ce qui permet de minimiser notre stock\u00a0\u00bb. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

JI<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Le conseil de base est vraiment de faire une \u00e9tude tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieuse au niveau de la rentabilit\u00e9 de l’entreprise.<\/strong> Notamment quand on choisit de s’installer soit en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie ou soit en centre ville car les loyers ne sont pas les m\u00eames et il faut \u00e9tudier la rentabilit\u00e9 des 2 projets. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

A ce sujet, M. Estival, le responsable du d\u00e9veloppement de l’enseigne, est de tr\u00e8s bons conseils, car il a une vision tr\u00e8s juste concernant les choix des emplacements. On n’est pas dans une marque qui a besoin de survivre et donc d’ouvrir des magasins \u00e0 tout prix et n’importe o\u00f9 mais au contraire dans une enseigne en plein d\u00e9veloppement qui prend son temps dans le process d’ouverture d’un magasin<\/strong> avec un nouveau franchis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

JI<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Oui tout \u00e0 fait car je suis persuad\u00e9 que nous avons le bon produit. La franchise Orchestra<\/a> travaille beaucoup sur le style, et le r\u00e9sultat est je trouve un beau produit, d’un bon rapport qualit\u00e9 prix, qui correspond aux attentes du client. De plus, Orchestra <\/strong>propose un syst\u00e8me de carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et cet outil est tr\u00e8s porteur pour fid\u00e9liser notre client\u00e8le car il offre 10% de remise en continu. Le franchiseur sait saisir les opportunit\u00e9s pour faire \u00e9voluer le chiffre d’affaires des magasins, que ce soit par cette carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 que par le d\u00e9veloppement d’outils via Internet. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
