La concurrence exacerb\u00e9e par la suppression de la Loi Galland, entra\u00eene une ambiance de surench\u00e8re \u00e0 laquelle les supermarch\u00e9s Match ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre. Il s’agit d’une enseigne forte dans le Nord et l’Est de la France, le long d’un couloir de Mulhouse \u00e0 Calais<\/strong><\/em>, une zone o\u00f9 la situation \u00e9conomique est particuli\u00e8rement difficile. Le recul de la consommation aurait atteint 5 % dans ces r\u00e9gions en 2005. Si Match repr\u00e9sente une part de march\u00e9 assez faible au national, autour de 0,7 %\u00a0 en juin 2005, sa part dans les r\u00e9gions Nord et Est atteint 3,4 %, dont 8,3 % pour la mar\u00e9e, 5,3 % pour les l\u00e9gumes et 5 % pour la boucherie, ses ponts forts. <\/p>\n

Match est surtout reconnue pour la qualit\u00e9 de son rayon frais<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 La direction du groupe a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de donner plus d’initiative aux 6000 salari\u00e9s de terrain. On revient \u00e0 la notion de zone de consommation, pour la satisfaction directe du client<\/em><\/strong>. Chez Match appara\u00eet la faiblesse du libre service, vont \u00eatre r\u00e9introduites dans les rayons jug\u00e9s trop tristes, une attractivit\u00e9 plus grande et de la vie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00e9largissement des choix, des promotions, etc. 17 cat\u00e9gories de produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es <\/em><\/strong>sur lesquelles travaillent fournisseurs et dirigeants de l’enseigne. <\/p>\n

La bataille va aussi concerner les prix<\/em><\/strong>, ainsi on a pu constater une progression des ventes de 13 % gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la promotion massive men\u00e9e en janvier sur les produits \u00e0 marque Match… La direction r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit par ailleurs aux \u00e9conomies \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en amont.<\/p>\n
