AC Franchise : Pouvez-vous nous expliquer comment vous avez cr\u00e9\u00e9 votre r\u00e9seau ?
Jean Cou\u00e9dor <\/strong>: J’ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 Cl\u00e9op\u00e2tre, premi\u00e8re soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de bijoux en libre-service en France. Nous l’avons tenue pendant 10 ans, cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a prouv\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s de la formule. Auparavant j’avais travaill\u00e9 avec Mister Minit, c’est une exp\u00e9rience \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressante que de faire partie d’une enseigne qui poss\u00e8de 4000 points de vente. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 le r\u00e9seau Astart\u00e9 en 95-96. Depuis cette \u00e9poque je travaille avec Mme Claudine Sadmi, ensemble nous avons une exp\u00e9rience forte de cette activit\u00e9 depuis 1987 finalement, qui nous permet de ne pas nous tromper dans nos choix.
ACF : Quels sont les avantages que vous apportez \u00e0 vos affili\u00e9s ou \u00e0 vos franchis\u00e9s ?
JC <\/strong>: Claudine Sadmi sait tr\u00e8s bien choisir les produits qui vont marcher dans le contexte. Elle conna\u00eet la mode et prend toujours un temps d’avance. Nous ne faisons pas la mode mais nous savons quels produits vont se vendre pour l’accompagner. Ainsi en ce moment nous vendons les ceintures qui vont bien avec les jupons. Nous apportons le concept et nous accompagnons notre franchis\u00e9 ou notre affili\u00e9 du d\u00e9but du projet \u00e0 l’ouverture, de A \u00e0 Z. Les fonds de commerce sont de plus en plus chers. Celui qui en poss\u00e8de un, peut ainsi devenir affili\u00e9, l’avantage pour lui est que nous ne sommes pas son fournisseur exclusif, nous lui fournissons au moins 60 % de ses produits. La fourniture est identique pour le franchis\u00e9 ou pour l’affili\u00e9. Nous livrons tous les produits pr\u00eats \u00e0 vendre, avec l’\u00e9tiquetage. Nous avons quatre saisons : fin janvier il s’agit de la collection printemps-\u00e9t\u00e9, fin juin nous faisons un raccord pour les soldes d’\u00e9t\u00e9, fin juillet nous fournissons la collection automne-hiver et courant novembre ce sont les produits pour l’hiver. Avec les bijoux il y a tous les accessoires tels qu’\u00e9charpes, ceintures, chapeaux si c’est la mode, lunettes de soleil, etc. A la f\u00eate des m\u00e8res nous avons vendu des broches. Nous nous adressons \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges.
ACF : Comment fonctionne le r\u00e9seau ?
JC <\/strong>:\u00a0 Nous recherchons des affili\u00e9s capables d’investir ou poss\u00e9dant d\u00e9j\u00e0 un fonds de commerce. L’id\u00e9al est que le magasin se situe dans une localisation o\u00f9 il n’y a pas de concurrence directe pr\u00e8s d’un Pimckie ou d’un Jennyfer… Un magasin Astart\u00e9 est le plus souvent situ\u00e9 dans une ville moyenne, dans un environnement textile, avec beaucoup de passages. Nous avons par exemple un magasin qui a fait 450 000 \u20ac en 2004 (3 M F).\u00a0Nous souhaitons en cr\u00e9er une dizaine dans l’ann\u00e9e. Nous offrons toute la formation et l’accompagnement n\u00e9cessaires. En particulier nous sommes \u00e0 disposition au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone les lundis et mardis matin pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes les demandes. Il n’y a aucun droit \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e, notre accord pour les affili\u00e9s est de fournir 60 % de la marchandise mise en vente.<\/p>\n
