AC Franchise : D’o\u00f9 venez-vous ? Comment \u00eates-vous devenu franchis\u00e9 Ixina ?<\/em><\/strong>
Richard St\u00e9fanski <\/strong>: au d\u00e9part j’ai fait des \u00e9tudes de comptabilit\u00e9 puis j’ai travaill\u00e9 comme responsable comptabilit\u00e9 fournisseurs \u00e0 La Redoute. J’ai voulu cr\u00e9er mon entreprise, d’autant plus que j’avais rencontr\u00e9 mon \u00e9pouse, salari\u00e9e elle-aussi \u00e0 La Redoute. J’ai choisi entre deux secteurs porteurs \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque, il y a une trentaine d’ann\u00e9es, il s’agissait de la parfumerie et de la cuisine \u00e9quip\u00e9e. J’ai d’abord ouvert des magasins multimarques, puis j’ai travaill\u00e9 pour Mobalpa. C’est vers 1990 que j’ai voulu int\u00e9grer le r\u00e9seau Cuisines Plus en ayant rencontr\u00e9 son fondateur. Aujourd’hui j’ai deux magasins Ixina et bient\u00f4t un troisi\u00e8me. <\/p>\n

ACF : Que vous apporte ce r\u00e9seau ?<\/em><\/strong>
RS<\/strong> : Ce qui me pla\u00eet, et me rassure, est que ce soit d’abord un distributeur et non un fabricant. Cela assure une autonomie par rapport \u00e0 la fabrication. Le concept est agr\u00e9able et nous avons la capacit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier les marges en satisfaisant le consommateur. Le r\u00e9seau appartient \u00e0 Snaidero depuis 2003. Nous offrons des produits de luxe au plus bas prix avec un maximum de services. Nous sommes form\u00e9s \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute du consommateur. Nos magasins sont anim\u00e9s par des gens comp\u00e9tents et stables dans leur profession, ils ont un salaire fixe \u00e0 70 %. Le style propos\u00e9 est d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment contemporain, nous nous adressons plut\u00f4t \u00e0 des consommateurs jeunes, en couples ou seuls, qui font leur premi\u00e8re acquisition ou renouvellent leur cuisine. Le r\u00e9seau apporte aussi la formation, la communication \u00e0 laquelle nous travaillons ensemble. <\/p>\n

ACF : Quel type d’employ\u00e9s recrutez-vous ?
<\/em>RS<\/strong> : Nous sommes tr\u00e8s exigeants, nous prenons des jeunes que nous formons \u00e0 notre conception du commerce de cuisiniste, ils ne doivent pas \u00eatre pollu\u00e9s par d’autres syst\u00e8mes de vente, des bac+2, conseillers techniciens et vendeurs de d\u00e9co, avec un certain charisme, ayant l’esprit d’\u00e9quipe. Ils ont trois entretiens avec trois personnes diff\u00e9rentes et doivent convenir aux trois. Dans chaque point de vente j’ai 5 conseillers vendeurs et un responsable issu de l’\u00e9quipe. <\/p>\n

ACF : Pouvez-vous nous donner quelques indications de r\u00e9sultat ?<\/em><\/strong>
RS<\/strong> : Le chiffre d’affaires est en tr\u00e8s nette progression sur les deux points de vente, V2 \u00e0 Villeneuve d’Ascq a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 99 et Lens en 97. Le consommateur vient car il conna\u00eet notre bonne r\u00e9putation. Il a une exigence de qualit\u00e9\/prix mais veut aussi \u00eatre libre de choisir. 30 % font l’achat \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re visite. <\/p>\n

ACF : Quels conseils donneriez-vous \u00e0 un nouveau franchis\u00e9 Ixina ?
<\/em>RS<\/strong> : D’abord de choisir un concept fort, qui apporte la satisfaction au client. Les m\u00e9thodes sont diff\u00e9rentes aujourd’hui, il faut \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement tourn\u00e9 vers le consommateur, \u00eatre de plus en plus \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute, s’orienter vers des attitudes diff\u00e9rentes par exemple nous envisageons un syst\u00e8me de garantie, l’important est de correspondre au d\u00e9sir du client. Ensuite le franchiseur est important, Ixina appartient \u00e0 Snaidero qui est un distributeur m\u00eame s’il est le troisi\u00e8me fabricant europ\u00e9en de cuisines. Vous devez \u00eatre proche du terrain, pour \u00eatre seul juge du produit, dans votre magasin vous pouvez choisir. Ensuite la rentabilit\u00e9 sera \u00e0 hauteur de l’engagement du franchis\u00e9, notre r\u00e9seau int\u00e8gre des personnes volontaires qui s’adaptent vite.<\/p>\n
