<\/em><\/strong>Jean-Pierre Pont : Cela date d\u00e9j\u00e0 du milieu de l’ann\u00e9e 2003, nous avons v\u00e9cu un sc\u00e9nario id\u00e9al pour fusionner les comp\u00e9tences de Cuisine Plus et Ixina avec implication et partenariat des \u00e9quipes. <\/p>\n

ACF : Quel est d\u00e9sormais le positionnement d’Ixina par rapport \u00e0 la concurrence ?<\/em><\/strong>
JPP : Ixina Belgique \u00e9tait une enseigne sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l’\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager et a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers la distribution de cuisines. En revanche pour la France la mue n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire, elle s’est impos\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement comme cuisiniste, de mani\u00e8re plus simple et \u00e9vidente. Le cur de march\u00e9 est constitu\u00e9 de jeunes citadins, de niveau moyen-haut de gamme, de ce fait nous proposons des produits qui suivent les tendances jeunes et n\u00e9anmoins classiques, nous ne sommes ni \u00e9litistes ni avant-gardistes mais on ne trouve pas non plus de cuisines rustiques ni de bois massif. <\/p>\n

ACF : Qu’est-ce-qui fait l’originalit\u00e9 de l’enseigne Ixina ?
<\/strong><\/em>JPP : C’est d’abord la transparence des prix, ils sont propos\u00e9s nets, tout est compris, depuis la visite de rep\u00e9rage des lieux, avec anticipation des probl\u00e8mes techniques \u00e9ventuels, jusqu’\u00e0 la pose d\u00e9finitive. Le prix moyen est de 4 500 euros net. De plus nous organisons une v\u00e9ritable th\u00e9\u00e2tralisation des points de vente et mettons en avant la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9. Nous tendons vers le z\u00e9ro d\u00e9faut. Enfin les conseillers de vente accompagnent v\u00e9ritablement le client et r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ses attentes. Nous avons remarqu\u00e9 que nous avonsune sorte de fid\u00e9lisation de la client\u00e8le car les clients ayant achet\u00e9 orientent vers nos points de vente leur r\u00e9seau relationnel, leurs amis, leur famille. Ce qui prouve leur satisfaction. <\/p>\n

ACF : Quels avantages offrez-vous aux franchis\u00e9s ?<\/em><\/strong>
JPP : Les apports du franchiseur sont sans limites. Nous voulons les lib\u00e9rer des contraintes \u00e9ventuelles pour leur permettre d’\u00eatre v\u00e9ritablement orient\u00e9s vers leurs clients et leurs \u00e9quipes. Nous leur offrons un concept cl\u00e9 en main. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de notre communication, de la r\u00e9alisation des points de vente, d\u00e9coration comprise, jusqu’au bouquet de fleurs pos\u00e9 sur la table au fond du magasin. A 80 % les points de vente sont identiques et permettent de bien retrouver notre identit\u00e9. Nous leur proposons de nombreuses formations en vente, organisation, secr\u00e9tariat, gestion, en informatique nous avons mis au point un logiciel maison adapt\u00e9 au m\u00e9tier Puis nous assurons l’animation du r\u00e9seau avec des r\u00e9unions nationales, des conventions, des comit\u00e9s charg\u00e9s d’\u00e9changer sur diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes. Les relations sont importantes et des animateurs sont sur le terrain afin de permettre des informations montantes et descendantes. Pour les deux enseignes, Cuisines Plus et Ixina, nous avons 60 personnes qui animent le r\u00e9seau et le g\u00e8rent, certaines ont des fonctions qui permettent la transversalit\u00e9. Ainsi les franchis\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de notre puissance de premier franchiseur europ\u00e9en. Je vous rappelle que le groupe poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement Arthur Bonnet. Nous avons une v\u00e9ritable connaissance du march\u00e9, nous pouvons leur en donner une vision totale. <\/p>\n

ACF : De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 les franchis\u00e9s ont-ils des contraintes particuli\u00e8res, quels efforts leur demandez-vous ? <\/em><\/strong>
JPP : L’important est qu’ils soient concentr\u00e9s sur l’animation de leur \u00e9quipe, sa motivation. Ils doivent se comporter en v\u00e9ritables managers. Ils doivent aussi \u00eatre gestionnaire mais ce n’est pas le plus important. C’est leur personnalit\u00e9 de manager qui fera leur r\u00e9ussite. Bien s\u00fbr nous leur demandons de d\u00e9velopper leur affaire et de faire du volume, c’est leur int\u00e9r\u00eat aussi. <\/p>\n

ACF : Pouvez-vous nous donner une indication chiffr\u00e9e ?
<\/strong><\/em>JPP : Les ratios de r\u00e9sultats sont autour de 10 %, pour une surface de point de vente de 400 \u00e0 600 m2 on atteint des chiffres d’affaires de l’ordre de 2 \u00e0 2,5 millions d’euros en moyenne. On constate d’ailleurs que d’anciens franchis\u00e9s ouvrent de nouveaux points de vente, ce qui prouve leur satisfaction <\/p>\n
