Implant\u00e9 depuis plus de 25 ans en Belgique, PointCarr\u00e9 y compte aujourd&rsquo;hui pr\u00e8s de 30 points de vente.<\/p>\n<p>Forts du succ\u00e8s rencontr\u00e9 sur leur premi\u00e8re boutique, certains franchis\u00e9s ont choisi de continuer l\u2019aventure et de r\u00e9it\u00e9rer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en ouvrant d\u2019autres magasins PointCarr\u00e9. C&rsquo;est le cas d&rsquo;Isabelle Grutman, aujourd&rsquo;hui multifranchis\u00e9e de la marque. En effet, apr\u00e8s avoir ouvert un premier magasin PointCarr\u00e9, <strong>Isabelle a choisi de poursuivre l&rsquo;aventure aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son franchiseur.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Une multifranchis\u00e9e au parcours riche en exp\u00e9riences<\/h2>\n<p>Issue d\u2019une famille d\u2019ind\u00e9pendants, et apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures commerciales \u00e0 l\u2019EPHEC, Isabelle rejoint avec son mari le r\u00e9seau Delhaize en 1993. Mais s\u00e9duite par le concept PointCarr\u00e9, elle ouvre en 2008 son premier point de vente franchis\u00e9. Preuve de la pertinence du mod\u00e8le, <strong>Isabelle ouvre en 2014 son second magasin franchis\u00e9 \u00e0 Jambes.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00c9lue en tant que pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d\u2019Avenir (comit\u00e9 de concertation) de PointCarr\u00e9, la multifranchis\u00e9e entretient de tr\u00e8s bonnes relations avec son franchiseur.<\/p>\n<h2>La satisfaction client au centre du concept<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-299178 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ac-franchise.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pointcarr\u00e9-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ac-franchise.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pointcarr\u00e9-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ac-franchise.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pointcarr\u00e9.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Isabelle appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement <strong>la volont\u00e9 de son franchiseur de valoriser les comp\u00e9tences internes<\/strong>, de motiver les collaborateurs, de renforcer l\u2019image de marque de l\u2019enseigne, de cr\u00e9er un avantage concurrentiel certain. Un syst\u00e8me de formation interne a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour modeler du personnel performant, ainsi qu&rsquo;un outil informatique et une cellule d\u2019achats efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le franchiseur a mis les technologies et la digitalisation au service d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience unique pour ses clients et efficace pour les franchis\u00e9s qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette campagne. Selon Isabelle, <strong>tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 rendre le process simple<\/strong> tant pour les clients que pour les magasins.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enseigne est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente sur le plan soci\u00e9tal.
