L\u2019enseigne de cuisines \u00e9quip\u00e9es sur mesure Ixina poursuit sa conqu\u00eate du territoire belge en implantant un nouveau magasin \u00e0 Saint-Denis-Westrem. Il s\u2019agit de la 57\u00e8me<\/sup> unit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau \u00e0 voir le jour dans le pays.<\/p>\n

Un bin\u00f4me passionn\u00e9 aux manettes<\/h2>\n

En activit\u00e9 depuis le 23 septembre 2021<\/strong>, le nouvel \u00e9tablissement du r\u00e9seau de cuisines belgo-luxembourgeois<\/strong><\/a> Ixina<\/strong> est aux mains d\u2019un bin\u00f4me v\u00e9ritablement passionn\u00e9 de cuisine compos\u00e9 de Thomas Batjoens et Matthias Lambreccht.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si Thomas<\/strong> a fait ses premiers pas chez Ixina il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 de cela 10 ans, il est \u00e9galement \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019un premier espace de vente Ixina depuis 2018 localis\u00e9 \u00e0 Lochristi.<\/p>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9 Matthias<\/strong>, qui baignait jusque-l\u00e0 dans l\u2019immobilier, s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer une toute nouvelle aventure.<\/p>\n

Ce jeune duo motiv\u00e9 et plein d\u2019entrain est conscient du potentiel de son projet au vu du march\u00e9 et des nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s qu\u2019offre la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Matthias et moi avons l\u2019ambition de devenir\u00a0la marque de cuisine par excellence de la r\u00e9gion. Les clients peuvent compter, d\u00e8s le tout d\u00e9but, sur notre grande exp\u00e9rience\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le nouveau chef d\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Une \u00e9quipe de professionnels<\/h2>\n

C\u2019est entour\u00e9s de leur \u00e9quipe de vendeurs professionnels Jari, Morad et Dimitri,<\/strong> que les jeunes entrepreneurs pilotent d\u00e9sormais leur vaste showroom d\u2019une surface commerciale de 700m2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

700m2 o\u00f9 sont expos\u00e9es pas moins de 19 mod\u00e8les de cuisines diff\u00e9rents<\/strong> qui offriront \u00e0 tous les amateurs de cuisine une vraie projection.<\/p>\n

La franchise Ixina<\/h2>\n

Lanc\u00e9e en 1971<\/strong> la franchise Ixina rassemble 57 magasins en Belgique et pr\u00e8s de 150<\/strong> en France.<\/p>\n

Hormis l\u2019unit\u00e9 pilot\u00e9, l\u2019ensemble du parc est franchis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour rejoindre les rangs de l\u2019enseigne, le futur franchis\u00e9 devra par ailleurs disposer d\u2019un apport personnel minimum de 100\u00a0000 euros<\/strong> dont 23\u00a0000 de droit d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
